The Dental Implant Centre has a policy of free replacement of an implant if there is no identifiable underlying reason for the failure. We do not offer this to people who smoke or show signs of smoking. There are also certain medical conditions and medications that increase the risk to an extent that we cannot offer this free replacement service for. If you have this increased risk you will be advised of this in the consenting process.
